At FabricAir we have taken the necessary precautions to ensure uninterrupted deliveries to our clients. We keep up the same level of service and quality as always, and we keep monitoring the situation to be at the forefront of the situation.
FabricAir is aiming to maintain the same short lead times across the globe and our delivery service provider has ensured us that this is not a problem; ; however certain areas of Italy, Spain and Austria have special restrictions. In 2019, an impressive 99,7% of all orders arrived on time, which is by far the best on the market.
This is possible, because of our production planning; thus, we asked our VP of Production and Logistics what his secret is.
"The secret really isn’t a secret: we are just well-prepared." Says Lars Jakobsen, VP of Production and Logistics at FabricAir and elaborates: "Our warehouse is fully stocked based on our sales projections. We keep our production running in two shifts to accommodate the recommendations on distancing and we’ve planned breaks accordingly, which means our capacity is carefully ensured."
Customer service continues to be our top priority and we continue to monitor the situation carefully. We have taken the necessary precautions to prevent the spreading of any virus amongst our employees, customers, suppliers and partners, and we are thus well-prepared to stay open for business throughout this pandemic.
“Those employees for whom it is relevant have been offered the opportunity to work from home,” says CEO Brian Refsgaard, and elaborates: “We are an international organization and we are used to remote collaboration, so this is nothing new to us and will not affect our response times.”

Quality assurance is a vital part of the way we work and we have several quality checkpoints along the production line. Once an order is produced, it undergoes a final inspection before the air dispersion system is packaged for shipping. We doublecheck that all parts are in the shipment and add a document bag to Box no. 1, which contains all relevant documents, like installation guide and maintenance manual.
"We run our logistics like a well-lubricated machine. Orders are shipped daily and we have a carefully chosen delivery service that allows us to achieve very fast delivery times. To be precise, we can ship within Europe on a day to day basis and to the USA in just three days. This is the best lead times on the market at the moment!” Says Lars Jakobsen and ends the interview by stating:
